      about 9.3 mile loop, finished off the .75 miles on the treadmill
      Maintained about an 11.00/min pace
      Some hills, not too bad though, rained a little.

    • Results: Treadmill: 2 miles total over 30 minutes
      Still really sore from the long run on Sunday, didn't want to push it.

      Added an extra mile to make up for the previous day

      Good solid run

      easy run before a long afternoon of yardwork

    • Results: Down P'hill, Old Norcross, Steve Reynolds, Venture Drive, P'Hill, Brekenridge, Sweetwater, Club drive, up to Lowes and back home - 12 miles @ around 11.5/mile pace
      Had to walk a little in the last 2 miles, nice to watch the sun rise on a clear day.

      felt better than I hoped after the long run Sunday
      opted for quicker pace than hills for the sake of my legs

Notes:

Adjusted the calendar a little due to missing some key days, including my long run th elast sunday of July. Pushed everything out a week. I have a few weeks of padded runs in to account for, may repeat a couple of more weeks deoending on how my legs are feeling.
